Very bad logistics

This company is being run into the ground by in competent idoits. It's been 48hrs after receiving a sms to say my parcel is out for delivery and I'm still waiting. Dont know why Telkom is still using them as it will soon have a impact on their business. I have read the reviews and see they dont care to respond so I am appealing to all corporate companies and the little guy to respond by not using their services that way they will start taking people serious.
