Very bad Courierit the worst courier company I've dealt with

I received an smses to tell me my package will be delivered today I must be available at the said address for the package. No package delivered today 2022.12.14 like where is the respect for people's time, I mean I made arrangements to be home to be able to collect but nothing. I won't be able to make arrangements for tomorrow because I work!!!!!!!! And I can see all the reviews left in this platform for Courierit hasn't been rep**** to, it's a clear indication that they have absolutely no respect for there customers. And that they Do not know what the meaning of customer service is. In just a couple of years they will be driving this business to the ground and not driving there way into people's hearts mxm I'm very upset because even when you phone there office the way they are just nonchalant about what you have to say. They have a very thick skin and I think people should stop supporting them so they can see the seriousness about what people say and feel. We are the customers helping the business that is not taken seriously.
