Verbal abusive driver

Shocking and unsafe service from driver .The courier driver got completely lost trying to deliver my package on . Instead of calling for directions professionally, he became incredibly hostile and swore directly at a female customer.

This level of verbal abuse and aggression from a delivery representative is entirely unacceptable and a massive safety concern. I have lodged a formal complaint and expect senior management to handle this immediately. Avoid using this courier if you value professional service and personal safety.
