UTTERLY BAD SERVICE - SAME DAY DELIVERY

A Company used Courierit to deliver their products to me.

Two weeks after my order, the company accidentally arranged delivery to the wrong address so they booked same day delivery on their costs to correct their error.

This was arranged early in the morning. By 14:40 the package was still not even COLLECTED! Please note the collection and delivery is 5 km apart. When emailing the account manager, the only excuse she can come up is that "our JHB branch is struggling to get hold of the sameday driver".

I cannot explain my frustration and feel like I should at least be reimbursed in some way.
