Usless Courier it!

I have dealt with Courier companies in almost every work area for the Last 20 years, I have not yet come across one as useless as Courier it, on Sunday of the 6 December I received a message that my parcel was out on delivery, I spent whole day waiting missed a flight, Monday same thing parcel is in transit. When I call the office a phone rings for almost 30 minutes with no answer when you get through the staff don't know what to do, not interested, you most likely not to get any answers, unfortunately for me this is for the second time arround, first time I thought may a technical challenge in the system but now I know they are completely useless. I still don't know where the parcel is. After call number 3.
