Useless Handling

If I could give them zero stars I would.Absolutely useless when it comes to customer services and faulty delivery units. I ordered my 65" Sansui UHD TV from Hi-Fi Corporation early on Friday morning 25/06/2021.I told them I needed the Tv urgently as I use it to work from home. I even offered to take up delivery by myself but apparently that can't be done. So I waited the whole weekend in suspense for my TV struggling with my current home office set up and finally this morning it was delivered by Courier IT. And here is where the problems started,firstly the driver comes driving past my house like a maniac stopping in the wrong street so I call him to tell him he drove by.To my surprise here he comes walking around the corner carrying a 65" TV on his shoulder man alone. So I bought the TV inside and not to my surprise it was damaged.I called Hi Fi Corperation immediately and they gave my a reference number now several hours have passed and no response. It's a pitty that companies can go down to these standards not helping their loyal customers especially during these hard times
