Useless excuse of a company

If I could give them zero stars, that's what they would be getting. I have never experienced such incompetence from a courier company like I have with this one. I am appalled. For the past 4 days, I have been trying to contact this company about delivery of my parcel from Ackermans , phone calls are not answered and when they do eventually answer, they blatantly lie to you assuring you that the parcel is out on delivery but waited the entire day yesterday but they never pitched.
