Useless Driver disappeared with my parcel!!

The worst service ever!! The driver came to my place earlier today and called me only ONCE then left after that. I was in the shower getting ready for work and I was about done. I called him back literally 3 minutes after he left. Then he said he can’t turn around now as he had other deliveries. I asked him if he asked the security to dial me and he said they told him my line was off. I then ask him what time hell he back and he said 3pm. As I was leaving my house I asked the security what happened and they told me that the guy just parked outside and stood there for less than 2minutes, which I suppose Is the time he tried to call me once, then he drove off. At 3.30 I call him and he sends me a text message saying I should meet him somewhere to get my parcel. The most insane thing ever, he is getting paid to courier this parcel to my place and not for me to drive out to meet him somewhere. I explained to him the urgency of this parcel and he didn’t even bother to write me back.

He is the most useless driver I have ever dealt with and he was so disinterested in getting the parcel to me. He clearly doesn’t appreciate his job in a country where so many people are unemployed and looking for opportunities. I wish there was a way for you guys to listen to our conversation because it was very disgusting and unprofessional the way he handled things. I’ve now lost out on an important business deal because of this useless and lazy driver. He should be FIRED!!
