Useless couriers

Most useless courier company. They've had my package since 13 January . Attempted to deliver it on the 18th to the wrong address. Never contacted me during this time to confirm my address . They wanted to deliver to Kensington JNB , but my address is in Kensington Cape Town. So dissatisfied because they never contacted me and upto this day I'm still waiting for my package. I had to contact the company that sent me the package and then had to contact Courierit to get the right information to them , but still nothing. Apparently my package had left their warehouse on the 19th . All of this looks so ***** znd seems to me like my package has been ****** or misplaced .
