Useless courier it with poor service

What a poor service from this useless courier company I have been waiting for a package since last month when I track it from their useless app it’s says it’s on the way to be delivered but when I called them today they say it’s still at the warehouse and it won’t be delivered today even there lazy good for nothing stuff they say what ever they want they don’t care at all
