Useless courier company

Courier IT is the worst courier company there is. When booking a parcel collection online i must mostly call to make sure that it is collected before closing. When you try to call them you get transferred from one phone to a other. Some times you have to be on the phone for over 40 min to get answers on your parcel. When booking collection over night you get told sorry the parcel missed the truck, Its not my fault that it missed the truck. I am done with this Useless company i am going to close the account and get a different company. I asked for the person at courier it looking after my account(sales person) and then they tell me its my company's accounts lady. Really
