Useless courier company

I contacted The Courier Guy and booked a small parcel to be delivered from Cape Town To Durban. I had to pay before the parcel was collected which I did. It was picked up at midday on June 11 and I was assured it would arrive in Durban by Monday June 14. It is needed for an event on the public holiday. It has not arrived and the company says it will probably only get there on Thursday June 17. Six days after it was picked up! What a useless bunch.
