Useless courier company

Driver Abram Marumo Petja didn't bother to contact me. I only received an SMS that the parcel is out for delivery and I followed the link to track my parcel but later when I opened the link it stated that contact unknown yet my cellphone number is on track link. This company is useless and they keep my parcel.
