Use the courier guy instead, these guys are losers.

My delivery has been stuck in the depot all day, called the number on their tracking site no one answered. On the 3rd attempt I get an answer, get told it’s still in the depot and no reason why. Which I already know cause their online tracking says so. Get given a number for the JHB branch, reception puts me through to customer care, they cut me off while on hold. Happened twice. On the third call I threaten that all hell will break loose if that happens again. Finally get through.

Lady tells me it’s in the depot but no reason why, says she will investigate and get back to me, that hasn’t happened.

The seller I use normally doesn’t use CourierIT, and I buy from him often. Told him if he ever uses them again I’m finding a new supplier.
