Upset 😡 consumer

I recently ordered a phone but never received it first they were provided the incorrect address clearly somebody cannot take down an address secondly when I knew I would not be at the place I called ahead and told them by when I would be available full stop and they still could not make the delivery this is very disappointing because I'm the customer I'm supposed to be able to say when I'm available and when I'm not why must I plan my day according to a courier company
