UPSET

I had a package that needed to be delivered to me . 1 - i had a urgent meeting so i was unlivable to collect the parcel. So i phone them to arrange that i pick the parcel up my self . whet there gave them my ID and proof of address and collected my parcel that was the Friday . now they needed to send my proof of delivery to webafrica . it is so i phone on Monday they tell me my package is still in there warehouse so i said that is funny because it is in my room . manager said she will sort it out . Tuesday same thing my package is with them no *** its in my room same thing today . How safe is are packages if there is no control i really do feel very unsafe using them for delivery's
