Unsatisfied Customer

Nonsense customer service!!!!! i am so annoyed right now as i type this, been calling the whole day and told that my parcel is on the way and should be delivered to my by lastst 5pm, it is now 5:30pm and still there is nothin!!!! You call the customer care line, they hang up calls, that time i am using my damn airtime and have to wait for 5 minutes only for my call to end.

Now they telling me that they can't get hold of the driver, what kind of nonsense is that?
