Unreliable,pathetic,worst courier company

This is the most unreliable,you dont even deserve a single star. Company with the worst service ever. For days I've been receiving text that my parcel is out for delivery even now nothing,contacted them,worst service even having to wait on the lie to tell you lies,got a text that it's on my way later when I track my parcel they say they had a breakdown...this is pathetic
