unreliable, unprofessional and full of excuses

the worst service ever ,they keep on sending my device to wrong adress day after day , iv been waiting more than a week for my parcel and i am literally 5mins away from their depot pathetic service, i cant see how any of these service providers can use such an unprofessional and unreliable courier service. Judith always have a better excuse day after day! they the reason i completely cancelled my device and went with another service provider
