Unreliable delivery service company

These guys are very unprofessional and Know how to inconvenience people. The driver called Tshepo Ian Seokolo was suppose to deliver my parcel yesterday, he liked and said the address was incorrect. I called the company and asked for the telling division as this is where my package is coming from. I spoke to a lady called Natasha who sounded promising at first but later changed the story and said she doesn't know where the driver is. I asked that they make an arrangement for the driver to contact me at least so I can meet with him somewhere and get my delivery. The driver said he'd call me instead and didn't. What upsets me is that when you deliver a package, you need to call the person o the contact list if you are having any problem with the street name or whatever but Tshepo didn't. The whole courier it tell on division did nothing to assist me in getting my product. I was suppose to leave the province yesterday but couldn't cos of their stupid unreliable, lying drivers.
