Unreliable courier services

Bad bad service..I took a cellphone deal around 18 nov with Cellc and it was set out for delivery on the 22nd.isdue is my son's phone is broken. Till today the deliver from courierit says your package is out for delivery. Then 18h00 since the 22nd they log my work company to be closed. I called the driver. Goodwill Sibanda on 24 waited for him when I was booked off . He made me wait the whole day no pitch and not answering calls.

I'm wondering why Cellc is associating it self with this bad quality,don't care mentality courier company. If I don't receive my package today I'm cancelling my contract . Will go to another service providers.
