unreasonable staff

<p>I was expecting a package from Telkom what I didn't know was that they would use such an unprofessional courier company. I had an agent in call centre hang up on me. Judas inspired this complaint since she doesn't really care to work there. Julian the driver claims he rang the doorbell but I didn't hear it. I think the Company could've handled it better. Julia has not phoned back yet. It has been 45 mins . Graig just refuses to take calls. Close your doors this is a pathetic display of professionalism. </p>
