Unprofessionalism from Courierit and lack of communication

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of a parcel that was scheduled for delivery yesterday but has not yet arrived. I have been trying to reach their offices since 08:00 this morning without success. Despite my efforts, I have not received any meaningful assistance and have been repeatedly transferred between staff members.

Additionally, I found the behavior of their customer service representative particularly unprofessional, as she placed the phone aside and engaged in a conversation with her colleagues, which I found both rude and disrespectful.
