UNPROFESSIONALISM and WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

Actually they do not even deserve a star. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this courier company. I have been receiving multiple SMS notifications about my delivery for days, but to mu dismay the package has still not been delivered.

Despite my numerous attempts to contact the company for an update or explanation, I received no help or resolution regarding matter. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to have to deal with such a lack of communication and customer service.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and i would not recommend this courier company to anyone. their inability to fulfill their basic duty of delivering packages in a timely manner is completely unacceptable. Companies who uses their services should stop because they are unprofessional. Parcel still not receive since the 13th December 2023 notification.
