UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM COURIER IT

I'm very disappointed with courier it I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 2 days without a call or something I tried nto call phone was answered by Nicole she. Said there's loadsheding she can take a message and will call me back she didn't do it I have been stuck in the house because I can't move incase they come I need to be around this is very disappointing I have been waiting my phone from Cell C for more that 3 weeks finally it was handed over to courier guy but now I will have to wait again for another week or 2 why can't you update us this Nichols Mpati from your company keeps on saying he run out of time you don't even call customers
