Unprofessional service.

What an unprofessional company. Delivery set now for four days in a row everyday the driver does not show up. when you phone the JHB office they make promises to phone back a week later not one of my calls have been returned. They make promises to deliver the next day at a certain time and again promises are not kept. I have not seen so many useless people in one company as this. Very bad service, and it reflect badly on the company's where we order it from, in this case Nespresso and Top-Vending SA.
