Unprofessional pathetic service!!!

The worst customer service. I am expecting a parcel from telkom through courierit. Nobody says nothing to me, if the driver is delayed or something. The delivery was delayed 2 times already. I called their customer service and they could not assist with tracking the driver and giving me information in terms of what time is the driver coming because they knew he was not going to come and he didn't pitch. I stayed home instead of going to run errands, waiting for the stupid driver to come and later all I saw was "the delivery was delayed by the driver".
