Unprofessional conduct and can’t deliver efficiently!!!

Parcel not delivered and no one to account for it. Managers not available to answer client queries and I am told parcel cannot be located. My parcel was due to be delivered last week, then I received an sms stating that it could not be delivered; I called on Friday morning (04/12/3020) and I was told by Serina Marang that there are no issues the parcel, and it would be delivered on Saturday before 12; I am still waiting. I called today and was answered by Mpumi Mvikweni who alerted me that the parcel cannot be found and when I requested to speak to the manager, no manager is available as they are “sorting out parcels” and that “there are too many parcels”. Why take parcels if you don’t have capacity to get them to customers efficiently?? I want my parcel by today COB!!!!
