UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY BAD SERVICE

Most unprofessional and very bad service conducted by this company. I was on their tracking service today, and kept monitoring as to when the driver will be dropping off my parcel. All my information including contact details is on their tracking system. I get an SMS staring unfortunately driver could not deliver as contact (myself) is not available

According to their tracking system it showed driver is en-route, and the next message is contact is not available. No call received from fhist driver, I waited for 20 minutes at my gate for this said driver that never pitched.

Saw reviews on Instagram whereby customers have been receiving same from CourierIt.
