Unprofessional and pathetic service with no meaning of customer service

Courier guy calls me this morning to reconfirm my address 12/12/2024, I state it and say we fall under Mitchells plain as the area code states 7785 -not him saying his in Phillip at the junction mall and wants me to go there and fetch it, that time I am at work. What was shocking is that he even suggests that it is ME who goes to him or he will return the parcel. The driver even said "Ow well it's not my problem"- Shocking to say the least. WHAT a pathetic and disgusting service. How does Adidas online use such a company with such bad ratings to deliver our goods.
