CourierIT is the worst courier company in SA and I am not sure why Telkom which is a major telecommunications company is using such a terrible courier, I have been waiting for my parcel from the 25/08 till now, everytime I follow up with them they make up a story for not delivering, they eve promised me a special delivery which was supposed to happen last Saturday, GUESS WHAT?? I AM STILL WAITING, no one bothers to call or update you, the when I follow up they make empty promises
