UNPROFESSIONAL AND DELAYED SERVICE

<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The receptionist was unprofessional, insisting that she was going to apologise after keeping me on hold for a while and then the next day she does the same. This lady tells me that I am giving her a hard time because i expect her to be professional. Really???</p> <p>I am disappointed in the service I received from the company as a whole, 4 weeks my parcel arrived in SA and being made to pay customs fee and eventually expecting my goods and the nerve of being told that my parcel will take another week. Only when I threw a fit was I assisted.</p> <p>As much I have now been assisted, I would never ever use Courier it, I recommend RAM!!!</p>
