unhappy customer

I am very much disappointed on the level of services you guys are offering .the delivery guy( Jabulani ***) he is very rude and *********** how do you work with customers with such a bad attitude. He came here to deliver and he asks for my id and copy of address and I explained to him that I have my id but the proof of address is on my phone,the reason I didn’t print it its because the lady who was doing my order said its ok if I don’t print it but just show it to the delivery guy,he insisted that he wants them and screaming at me, even the security lady from my work ask him to lower his voice as he is making noise, then I told him I will go and print them I will be back in 5 minutes then when I came back he left without saying anything...
