Unhappy customer

Courierit is the worst company. Adidas handed over my parcel to them 3 weeks ago and each time l get an sms that my parcel is out for delivery but the delivery guy does not turn up at all. No one can give answers to why the delivery did not get to me when it was out for delivery. Businesses should stop using this company otherwise you will just give yourselves a bad reputation over this useless company.
