Unhappy client

I was waiting all day for a delivery from Courierit and only to get a message at the end of day saying that I was not available, I then called them enquiring why the message I received said I was not available yet I was home. A gentleman by the name Wilson said boldly that I was lying and the driver was telling the truth. I then asked why the driver didn't call me then Wilson boldly again said we don't have airtime to be calling people, I then asked how then do you notify people that you have arrived at the given address, after that question the line simply went dead.
