Undelivered Parcel

On the 13th of October 2023 I app**** for your LTE data plan of R199 80GB and on the 21 of October I got a message that my parcel is with currier it and will be delivered in 1 to 2 days, when 2 days pass by I phoned and they said they could not deliver because my address was wrong. I confirmed the address with them and still could not deliver it till today. I send them email and they said that they could not deliver and they never gave me the reason for not delivering even after confirmation of address.
