Undelivered parcel

Good Evening I ordered a cellphone from cell-c the phone was supposed to be delivered today according to the sms received from courierit around 7h37 in the morning, I waited the whole day and tried to call courieit customer care still couldn't get thought, am at work from 8:00-16:00 I received another message again around 16h40 that the delivery guy will is on his way which i fail to understand that i was expected to wait in the office till 17h00 , which government institution closes at 17h00 and still no contact from the guy atleast I could have made arrangement , I never received any call nor received another message after the one i got at 16h40. this is unacceptable and unprofessional i cant be waiting the whole day in the office for delivery and on a Friday and now when i check on their website they indicated the the contact was unavailable. This is poor customer service, i request that the deliver the parcel on Monday morning between 8h00 and 12h00 since i will be travelling to limpopo for work for two weeks, failure do deliver on Monday I will request the parcel to be returned back to cell-c. Your intervention in this regard will be highly esteemed.
