Undeliverable device

My cellphone was supposed to be delivered yesterday at work but I was at home and I changed the delivery address to my home address and expected delivery today... This morning I checked online, my cellphone was loaded into a vehicle thats doing delivery in Umlazi and surrounding areas yet I live very far from that place... I called courierit they had me on hold for more than 30 minutes they kept forwarding the call and no one wanted to assist me when I finally got ahold of the supervisor he dropped the call while I was speaking I don't know what to do because I need the device today tomorrow I'm leaving for Richard's Bay... Their service is very bad I'm very angry and disappointed
