Unacceptable and poor service deliver
It's is so horrific and annoying the level of service that is being offered by courierit. I sent my contract foun for repairs on the 13th of September they came and collect it on the 5th of October for fixing till now it's not back yet and they said it has been fixed. It's been 4days now the say it's ready for delivery but yet it has not reached Me. When I call they just say they will write an email

23 Oct 2024, 12:51The call center can't get hold of the driver and the driver doesn't contact me and after all they all don't get back to me. I even spoke to one the call center supervisors and she ensured the she will resolve my matter but nothing has changed
