Unable to deliver

CourierIT has consistently failed to deliver. This morning, I received a call from Eric Magane who was struggling to get my address to deliver an iStore Online order. I explained it was a street address and he retorted that he only uses ERF numbers. I gave it to him and explained he would struggle with it.

Now, I am receiving an email indicating CourierIT was unable to deliver. The CX is bad and I was not surprised it is CourierIT. Always the experience with them. Evidence of consistent bad CX.
