Un-professionalism/Late Delivery

<p>I could have used normal mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish I could be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>The CPT call centre does not pick up calls, when they do, they transfer me to someone who also seems to reflect the culture (not picking up).</p> <p> </p> <p>What a waste of my money. A birthday gift is now late. I am unable to make up for missing the birthday.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
