****ty courierit!!!

On Tuesday this company came to deliver and I wasn't at home and there was no one, so unfortunately I had to call on Wednesday to confirm when will I be at home again, so still I told them I'll be at home on Thursday they didn't come, Friday still they didn't! Today it's Saturday they called to say they will come deliver and here I am at 14h00, still waiting!!! Meaning I don't have things to do I have to sit at home and forever be waiting!!! Where is fairness there?!!!!!
