Tuesday I was called by their agent to expect the delivery on Wednesday. Their driver Is struggling to get my location now I must share my location with the driver when it's time. So yesterday (Wednesday) around 1 pm I have started calling them to find out if the driver is still coming they kept on telling me they will get back to me without doing so. Before 4pm that was my last call they left me hanging until I decided to drop the call. I am sure I called four times without being helped and the parcel never got delivered. I hope I never have to deal with this company again. Courierit Port Elizabeth very poor service
