Trying to arrange delivery

Package set to be delivered last week, according to tracking they attempted to contact me to deliver, no calls received on any of the 3 days they said they were here. Contacted call centre 3 times held on for 12 min on one call, line just dropped, now delivery date still incorrect and set for date I specified I am not available. Would not recommend using this service provider.
