Treasure Mpande-customer service
After struggling with the delivery driver who incorrectly marked my order as unreachable for three days, I contacted customer service and was assisted by Treasure Mpande.He handled the situation professionally and efficiently. Within three hours of contacting him, my order was successfully delivered. What stood out most was his consistent follow-ups to confirm that I had received my order. His dedication and excellent customer service turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one.
