Trash/manipulative company

They are very bad at this courier business, I wonder why I trusted them to deliver my cv's previously. Now they failed to deliver my parcel that was supposed to be overnight deliver from the sender as am writing they are 5 working days late for my delivery which means they robed off the sender that extra money for a delivery that was supposed to be overnight, Just imagine if this were serious documents that had a time frame. They don't care !!
