Trash of service

Trash of a service. I ordered something which is supposed to be delivered by Courier it in Ermelo. On Tuesday 11th of Feb I received a message in the morning stating that my parcel have been loaded into their vehicle for delivery. I did not receive it that day. On Wed morning I received another message stating that the parcel has been loaded into a vehicle and is set to be delivered on Wed. Nothing was delivered. Thursday was the same thing. Today its Friday, got the same message in the morning and to keep up to their reputation, there is no delivery. I wish the supplier had used a professional company that will not hold parcels that have already been paid for beyond schedule.

Beyond disappointment.
