Totally ridiculous and disgusting service.....

i received a message that my delivery cannot be done as the residential address and del address does not match or something to that effect.i have made calls to this company and they take forever to answer,secondly no wants to help ,all they say is the other company is to blame and they have to wait for an email rather than call the host company to receive instructions.This has been going on for 8 days now.I eventually spoke to the manager.Brandon who has the same attitude.We have to wait for an email....what bul****.....get of your backside and go the extra mile.......
