This might be worst service I have ever received, Telkom is also at fault for this

LOL I feel 1 star is too much, I ordered a phone through Telkom and they marked as "return to sender" without calling me, I had to call Telkom 2 weeks later to find out what is going on. They claimed that it was rejected because I live in an informal settlement, now I have had Takealot deliver TVs, consoles, washing machines with no problem... So me living in an "informal settlement" is news to me. They didn't even bother calling me first cause they know it's bull****. So I have to make time to go there after waiting for 2 weeks. convenience thrown out the window. Looking at Hellopeter and how many horrible reviews they are getting. Why is Telkom still using them to ship orders, they need to check who they do business with
