This is to express my appreciation to Letters Novalo for his excellent service. I called in on Tuesday (24/03) afternoon regarding my parcel that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I believe he was about to knock off, but he was so patient with me and attended my query with so much professionalism. He further assured me that he will ensure that the parcel gets to me the next day and that he will communicate with me all step of the way untill I receive my parcel, he did exactly that. I really appreciate his dedication in assissting, patients and ensuring that my experience with courier company is the pleasent one.
